Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Housing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
