Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
