Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Loom Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
