Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
