Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit River Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
