Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication.
