Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
