Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Farms Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
