Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Ivory Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
