Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
