Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Tulsa producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
