Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Staffing Group places workers with employers around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
