Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
