Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Vista Financial is a financial-services company in Miami. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
