Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
