Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Vista Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
