Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
