Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Junction Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
