Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
