Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
