Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Columbus serving students and families, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
