Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
