Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Fox Community Partners is a nonprofit in Fort Worth supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
