Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Providence, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
