Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Cedar Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
