Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Markets is a Seattle retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
