Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Care Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
