Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities Associates cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
