Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Quill Legal Group Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
