Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Energy and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
