Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove West Facilities is a facilities company in San Diego with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
