Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Nest Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
