Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Juniper Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
