Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
