Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
