Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Union Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
