Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Cross Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 788 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
