Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
