Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
