Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Health and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
