Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Mill Foods is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
