Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Milwaukee design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
