Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Stone Foods produces packaged foods at its Memphis plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
