Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Maple Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Sacramento plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
