Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Indianapolis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
