Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
