Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
