Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
