Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
