Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Sable Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
